Touraj Parang has served as Serve’s Chief Operating Officer and as a member of the Board since March 2021, and was appointed President of Serve in July 2022. Prior to joining Serve, Mr. Parang worked at GoDaddy Inc. (NYSE: GDDY) from May 2014 to March 2021, where he began as Senior Director of Corporate Development and most recently served as Vice President of Corporate Development. Prior to that, Mr. Parang was the founding Chief Operating Officer of UpCounsel Technologies, Inc. (acquired by Enduring Ventures, Inc. in 2020), Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Webs, Inc. (acquired by Vistaprint N.V. in 2011), and co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Jaxtr, Inc. (acquired by Sabse Technologies Inc. in 2009). Mr. Parang received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Economics from Stanford University and his Juris Doctorate from Yale Law School. We believe that Mr. Parang is qualified to serve on the Serve’s Board due to his extensive experience with early-stage startups and prior leadership role at a publicly traded company.
Andreas Lieber has served as a member of Serve's Board since June 2026, bringing deep experience scaling technology and logistics businesses across Uber, Postmates, Pinterest, Groupon, Yahoo, and T-Mobile. At Postmates, he served as General Manager and interim CEO, leading the company through its integration with Uber, the period during which Serve was spun out as an independent company. He later served as Chief Operating Officer of Shippo, the logistics and shipping platform, and currently serves as General Manager, Industry & Technology, at California Forever, where he is responsible for building and leading the company's manufacturing and industrial business across one of the country's largest planned development projects.
Lily Safran has served as a member of Serve's Board since December 2024. In 2005 Ms. Sarafan co-founded TheKey, one of the largest and most trusted in-home care provider networks, where she served as chief executive through December 2020, and has since served as executive chair. She has been recognized as an EY Entrepreneur of the Year, a Fortune 40 Under 40, Women Health Care Executives' Woman of the Year, and a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute. Sarafan currently serves on the boards of Instacart, Thumbtack and Kyo, as well as on the board of trustees of Stanford University. Sarafan holds an M.S. in Management Science and Engineering and a B.S. in Science, Technology, and Society from Stanford University.
